We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid copyright notices.
1. Our policy
NordicStreamTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to clear and valid notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with applicable law.
2. No content hosted
NordicStreamTV does not host or store media content on its servers. We provide software and infrastructure only. Where a notice concerns material we do not control, we will direct the complainant to the appropriate host or party where possible.
3. Filing a notice
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, please send a written notice to our designated contact including:
- Your contact information.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The specific location or material in question.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
4. Counter-notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification with the equivalent information and statements required by law.
5. Repeat infringers
We may suspend or terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers, in line with our policies and applicable law.
